Foolish Mortals Levels Up Voice Acting

Foolish Mortals is set to get a major boost in its voice acting department, thanks to an exciting new collaboration. Inklingwood Studios, the creative minds behind Foolish Mortals, have teamed up with Francisco González and Jess Haskins of Grundislav Games and The Game Editors. This partnership aims to elevate the voice quality of the final game, bringing a professional touch to the upcoming point-and-click adventure.

David Younger, co-founder of Inklingwood Studios, shared his enthusiasm about the collaboration. "When we produced the Foolish Mortals demo, I handled all aspects of voice production myself, including more than one thousand voice clip auditions! With only six characters, I just about managed, but I knew that there was an opportunity to go far more professional with the voice production in the full game," he explained. With the successful Kickstarter campaign, the team is now ready to cast an additional 30 characters and re-record all dialogue from the demo.

Francisco González and Jess Haskins of Grundislav Games and The Game Editors will oversee script editing, casting, recording, and post-production for Foolish Mortals.
